    I dont know if I ever mentioned it, but may be of interest. Chef Keith’s specialty is cooking with locally grown fresh in-season ingredients. There’s video’s and podcasts on the site, and if you get the Rural TV channel on cable he has a weekly TV show Harvest Eating. There are a number of products he sells, including Datil pepper seeds.
