Too bad they don’t taste good. In Spain – rather in Catalonia – they fire roast a special kind of green onion, called Calçots and dip’em in a romesco sauce and drink wine. You could do something like that or at least just drink the wine. What’s the plan for this nasty beast? Would they go into the compost – or would they seed in the compost knowing that they would come back in greater force and numbers.
