Everybody’s yard is pretty but mine. Not to get caught in a cliche but I do not know how anyone finds the time. I walk by yards that are beautifully tilled and mulched, filled with bursts of bright green beautifulness, as I battle my wild onions. At least I have some healing stew.
Aside from a few square feet my yard looks like an abandoned lot. Granted the majority of it is intentionally left as is, but at least so far I haven’t cleaned all of the area I want to plant this year. Next time things get dry enough I will cut down everything I haven’t planted with the lawn mower and try to get some seeds in the ground.
