At least you know the seeds are viable. Much to my surprise a couple days ago I was looking around the yard and found a small tomato vine laying over on the cement with a small tomato growing. It was maybe an inch and a half or so across, but after not doing much of anything all summer I was surprised to see one. I’ll have to check if there are others. Another surprise was that some cucumbers which did nothing all summer now have small cukes growing. For me at least, this was a strange and not very productive growing season. If it weren’t for herbs and string beans, this year would have been a real flop as far as production goes.
Is anyone else finding things starting to grow recently?
